Pick Up/Delivery Process
We offer two pickup and delivery options, available in both morning and evening windows to fit your schedule.If you choose contactless service, please leave your items on the porch for the entire pickup window—our team will text you once they’ve been retrieved.If you prefer in-person pickup, expect a knock or ring at your door during the entirety of your selected time window.
Sharpening
We use a cutting-edge belt sharpener in our process, enabling us to create a precise and consistent edge on your knives. This method gently removes material while preserving the blade's integrity, resulting in a sharp and long-lasting finish. We understand how important your blades are to you, which is why we prioritize their quick return. Each knife undergoes thorough inspection before and after sharpening, guaranteeing outstanding results within our quick 24-hour turnaround time.
Payment
Your confidence in our sharpening service means everything to us, which is why we only accept payment after the job is done.If you choose contactless delivery, we’ll text you for payment just before dropping off your sharpened knives.If you'd rather not go contactless, we’ll handle payment at the time of drop-off.You’ll find a section on the order form to select your preferred payment method—this helps us ensure a smooth process once your order is ready.Rest assured, you won’t be charged when you submit the form.
